iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus
At its ‘Far Out’ event on September 7, Apple unveiled four new iPhone 14 series smartphones: the iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone Pro, and iPhone 14 Pro Max. This year Apple replaced its iPhone Mini, introduced in 2020, with the new 6.7-inch iPhone 14 Plus. The 6.1-inch iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus are powered by the A15 Bionic chipset. The devices feature a 12MP dual camera and a 12MP TrueDepth front camera. The new smartphones come with unique features such as shock detection, satellite emergency SOS, photon engine and longer battery life. The devices are available in midnight, blue, starlight, purple, and red color options. 5G-enabled devices come with Super Retina XDR displays with OLED technology that offers 1200 nits of maximum brightness HDR and Dolby Vision.
The iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max
The iPhone 14 series Pro models were the highlight of the ‘Far Out’ event. The new Pro models come with a Dynamic Island notch, 48MP main camera, always-on display and more. The new Dynamic Island has been praised for offering alerts, notifications and activities in the most attractive way. Pro models come with Apple’s most powerful A16 Bionic chip that delivers the fastest performance. They sport a new Super Retina XDR display that offers maximum HDR brightness. The camera system on the back panel is headed by a 48MP main camera and comes packed with features like a quad-pixel sensor and a photon engine. Pro models have been released in gold, silver, space black, and deep purple color options.
In 2022, Apple introduced its toughest and most advanced smartwatch yet: the Apple Watch Ultra. Apple’s latest offering has been specifically designed for users who engage in extreme activities.
